Welcome to the PUMI home page. PUMI is URAC accredited and has been in the chiropractic utilization review business for over 22 years. Through our many years of treatment review experience, we have developed a superior utilization management software system.

You can access complete chiropractic utilization management services through a service agreement with PUMI. We are also working on an automated system that will allow claims administrators to upload HIPAA compliant files (278 and 837) to our server and receive automated chiropractic review decisions in a matter of minutes.

The PUMI software is the same utilization management tool used by PUMI to control the costs of chiropractic care on over 550,000 cases to date. This system has saved our clients several million dollars over the years. Now your reviewing professionals or claims staff can access the same software right here. PUMI's reviewing professionals have been trained on the application of American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine Guidelines (ACOEM) . Our services are now available for workers' compensation review.
